Our experience includes interfacing with local governments and state agencies in every facet of approvals for variances, special use permits, subdivisions, annexations, planned developments, and economic development incentives.  We represent clients in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout Illinois.  One partner is a former City of Chicago deputy planning commissioner for development.
