Our firm has a robust practice representing owners, contractors, developers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers with respect to contracts and mechanic’s liens as well as construction disputes.  One partner is a former deputy general counsel to the Illinois Capital Development Board, the state agency responsible for non-road construction of state-funded facilities.  Our construction attorneys lecture and publish on a variety of construction-related topics.
