Estate Planning
Our Estate Planning Practice Group is the largest practice group in the firm, comprising at least half of our attorneys. Though we are not a large firm, our estate planning and administration practice is one of the larger such practices in the city. Many of the members of this practice group came from some of the largest firms in the city. Our estate planning group has the experience, expertise, and sophistication at the highest level as any firm in the city. Our size and approach to the practice of law enables us to provide highly skilled, personal services in a cost effective manner. Our estate planning attorneys are active in the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association (a partner was a past chair of the Trust and Estate Section Council), the Chicago Bar Association (our partners have been past chairs of the Probate Practice Committee and the Trust Law Committee). Our estate planning attorneys have also served as adjunct professors at local law schools. Three members of our group have been named either a Super Lawyer, or a Leading Lawyer, or both.
